Through the initiative of Mr. Chester Napiorski of Southampton and a group of civic and politically minded Polish American citizens, the Polish American Political Club was organized on February 4, 1923.
The charter members or organizers were Chester Napiorski, Piotr Majkowski, Jan Pol- kosnik, Wincenty Zaluska, Piotr Butanowicz, Piotr Balnis, Wincenty Szczerbinski, Czesław Jastrzebski, Stanisłow Zielinski, Izydor Roszko, Josef Anyzko and several others, whose names could not be recalled. The first president of the Polish American Political Club was Chester Napiorski.
On March 29, 1928, the Polish American Political Club organized a stockholders' corporation under the name of Polish American Political Club, Incorporated, of Southampton, N. Y., for the purpose of building a Polish National Home, which was built and completed in July 1934 and named Pulaski Home.
On February 29, 1944, the Polish American Political Club of Southampton was incorporated as a membership association, known as American Polish Political Association, Incorporated under the State of New York Laws, witnessed and sealed by the Secretary of th State of New York, Thomas J. Curran, for the purpose of leasing and operating the Pulaski Home, Elm Street, Southampton, N. Y.

The PAPC remains an organization of shareholders who have long-time connections to the Club's founders. Our Board members are: Mark Antilety, Valerie Hanley, John Kosciusko, Michael Kosciusko, and John Rosko.
The current Board would like to thank the prior Board- Pat Corrigan, Stan Glinka, John Grocki and Vince Scerbinski for their many years of dedicated service to the Polish Hall and its shareholders.
After more than two years of renovations and upgrades, the Polish Hall- 230 Elm is now leased by Elegant Affairs Caterers, Glen Cove, NY. (www.elegantaffairscaterers.com/).
Current goals of the PAPC Board are to maintain and preserve our building and our local history within the Polish community, find new ways to connect our shareholders through our social media platforms, create opportunities for PAPC members to come together annually, and continue to support local organizations that have ties to our shared Polish heritage.
